Also, if a headache is vascular, you look for a cure in the vascular system. Presumably you're happy for them to spend their research time and money there in that case?
This is what they are trying to avoid - I for one applaud that, and think it important to focus efforts on where the real problem is - such as the Italian research proving so successful in switching the hypothalamic effects on and off.
In the meantime however, I'm quite happy to use medications that work on the pain wherever that might be.
