Brief report on 220 Italian patients finding a positive family history in 20% of families. "Compared with the general population, first-degree relatives had a 39-fold significantly increased risk of cluster headache. Second-degree relatives had an 8-fold...risk." They conclude this supports the hypothesis that CH has a genetic component in some families.
