Alert your doctors that you have filed a claim, which is as simple as going to the local SS office and filling out an Application. Want a little extra advantage, start seeing a therapist or psychiatrist that can document how the clusters have affected the quality of life.If you are denied, appeal, appeal, appeal. If you feel that you need to secure a lawyer, look into non profit legal services befor hiring an attorney that will claim 1/3 of your settlement.
