I don't really have a strong opinion of more then 1 type of CH. My biggest and most confusing issue is that while imitrex works so very well for migraines and not at all for CH and that the oppisite holds true in that narcotics are worthless for my migraines but a small miricle for my CH. Just thinking outloud. Great ideas from everyone. Thanks Mike L
