home depot has floor scrapers in the vinel tile area. there about 5 foot long with a REPLACEABLE blade at the end. the key to it is always have a sharpe blade in the scraper. the blades are alittle costly but they will make the job alot easyer and faster for you.
i also get CH when i get in a hot stuffy enviroment too. Good luck
