White anklets with cheerleading outfit, black mesh stockings with the pumps. Actually, I'm not a Joan Crawford fan (Davis yes, Crawford no), but she always wore these high sling-back pumps that, because of her reputation, became known as "Joan Crawford Fuck Me Shoes", and are known as that to this day in certain circles. Can't imagine what Lana Turner's shoes were called. Between Joan and Lana, well it boggles the mind.
And yes you all, we CAN do this. I'm going your route, Margi, as it ALMOST worked for me before. I also try to leave the cigs at home when I go out in the car etc. It's those last few that'll be the zingers, however.
