Since I am alone here and have no one to strangle, but I also have no one to support me in this, that I am going to be needing all of your help a lot. If all of you "make it" and I don't, I will feel as if I've let you down, so that's going to be my motivation here.
I started cutting down yesterday, and I was amazed at how many times I picked up a cigarette unconsciously. Good luck to all of us. I'm going to spend the 100.00 a month I will save, on hot fudge sundaes. LOL
