most of the people I have seen have sucess with it have not started on low doses like most neuros start you on...I, for one, started on a very high dose of 200mg the first nite and was pf that nite..I am chronic...There may be a few who did well on a low dose but I think that is one reason Topamax has not been that sucessful...Shane, what dose did the Doc start you out on?
