Englewood Beach is on Manasota Key, which is a
barrier island.
On Saturday afternoon, we have planned a cook out
at the beach.
Sunday we will picket two of the local hospitals.
(JOKING!!)
We are trying to plan some kind of an awareness thing
for Sunday. Any suggestions?
I am still going to get availability on condos
for rent on the beach road, but none of them will rent
for less than 5 nights and they won't have definite info until after the first of the year. Four of our people are going to rent and share one of these condos if an availability arises.
The second option is the Veranda Inn, which is about
1-1/2 miles from the beach. They rent for $52.00
per night in April and May. Plenty of vacancies.
This is a motel with 2 double beds per room, one
efficiency with two doubles and 2 twins.
