Today was a really slow day in the ER so I had the opportunity to take over the doc's computer. I happen to like the doc we had today,he cares enough to ask my opinion and is very sincere in his treatment of patients.
Imagine my surprise when I was looking at the mb and he asked me what I was doing. I gave him the grand tour of OUCH and the opening pages of ch.com. His words were " there are that many out there? and all of them know each other? do you ever get together?" He wanted me to show him how to navigate OUCH. We also talked at length about CH.
It was nice to actually be able to sit down and talk with a doc about a subject near and dear to my heart. He was genuinely interested in CH (has a private practice in Alabama) and asked a lot of questions.
Maybe,just maybe,if I take them one at a time, I can make some sort of difference.
At least I'd like to think so.
