although I've only been on lithium for a short time, I've been on verapamil for over 10 years. Lithium makes me feel weird as hell, but keeps my CH free - that's all I can ask of it. Sticking with it until I think my cycle has ended (hopefully early January). Take care bro and PFDAN's to ya
