I have upped my dose from 240mg a day to 320 mg a day. When I starting taking it last year, it took about 3 weeks to take effect. Any idea how long it will take to kick in this time? I haven't had an attack since Monday..knock wood, but I am having strong shadows. The son of a bitch just won't leave me alone!!!
On a happier note, I got my OUCH t-shirt on Friday! I will be proudly wearing it at my next workout on Tuesday!! Long live OUCH!! PFDAN to all!
