Chronic Paroxysmal Hemicrania (CPH) is a type of headache that is very closely related to cluster headache. One of the main differences is that the pain usually lasts just a few minutes, instead of 45 minutes to 2 hours; but may occur several times per day. CPH is almost always relieved by indomethacin (Indocin).
