does not sound like clusters to me. Clusters are fast to come on, excruciating to the point where you will do almost anything to relieve it, and the go away just as quickly. They usually come in groups several times a day, thus the name clusters. I would also suggest keeping an eye on your b/p beacuse as Victor said, your body is trying to tell you something...listen to it.
