They can't get it until then, or they are trying to be the Imitrex police? If so, pharmacies aren't allowed to do that... they are supposed to fill the prescription, no questions (if they have questions they should contact the doctor or insurance company). I went through that crap with the pharmacy when my wife was taking 25mg/day Valium... they just refused to fill the prescription, had the doctor call and set them straight.
