Don't do this again....I am a nurse...have you ever seen anyone with brain damage? You don't want to....this is so dangerous..you are cutting off the oxygen flow to your brain. It is not worth it...I had rather suffer anyday than have brain damage. Please don't do that again...Gosh. smiles,nancyc
