Your name and passwords HAVE to be typed just right. Its case-sensitive for both name and password
John is not the same as john. Example
Your screenname is: John
and your password is: harry
Both are case-sensitive - i.e., john is NOT the same as John.
Log into chat using this format:
screenname*password John*harry This is the right way
This is the wrong way john*harry this is the wrong way John * harry there is no space between name * and password.
If you click the box that says Remember Settings, your screenname and
password will be saved and you won't have to re-enter them every time you
enter chat. If you choose a font color, that will also be saved.
