And, for what it's worth, you're probably not the only one that has taken desparate measures to stop your pain. Just please be careful with the shutting off the oxygen schtick, okie doke? That's just scary. Please take the advice you've been given here - and that really is just to be careful - read everything you can in our library and archives and buttons and, and.... there ARE other ways to stop the madness.
