Yeah, OTC meds can work for ch IFF they are over the pharmacy counter. I couldn't begin to tally the amount of junk I've taken over the years 'till I finally got properly diagnosed. I do O2 and verap now and the beast is somewhat under control. You're wasting your time and money on the other stuff. Best of luck.
