I get 2-4mg. Usually 4 to abort the ha when all else fails. When imitrix fails, stadol ns fails, then I go in to ER and get shot. This happens 1-4x a month. I have found dilaudid to be the only thing to help abort.
Please be carefull taking this! 8 mg?!!!! I got a shot of 6mg once and overdosed on it. NO kidding! The dr. gave me my usual 4mg and I still had ha so he gave me 2mg more and sent me packing. I quit breathing and was nonresponsive when the EMT's arrived. They said another 15min. and I would have been non recoverable. Pretty scarry shit. The overdose hurt like hell. They said 6 mg is enough for a 360lb man which I am not. I pray you saftly made it through the night please let me know you are alright by post or email.
