Hey Jonny or others on lithium...

I do some fine work requiring fine motor skills, but on lithium my hands shake so bad I really can't do it - it's getting to be a pain (but of course, not as big a pain as CH). Also short term memory loss/deficits? Some days, I can't even remember if I've taken my lithium - is this normal? Thanks!
