when he said the thing about the 4 point restraint you might have mentioned that most x-ray technitians probibly couldn't operate such a complicated piece of equipment, then pick up a big Ice cube and shove it as far into his eye socket as possible, then he might have gotten a clue!
I just had one of those highly skilled tech's drop the whole top of a portable unit on my broken sternum and shattered ribs, her retort was Daaaaaaaa! Sorrry I hope that didn't hurt(Flippen idiot) with a rib sticking inside my lung it tickled!
