For the first 4 years I would never get CH's during my period..only before and after. In the last year it doesn't matter anymore..they come anytime anywhere anyhow. I use to look forward to my period because it meant that I wouldn't be in pain for a whole week!!! "shrug" What are you going to do???? LOL
