If you can manage to stay away from Imitrex for 14 days, you have 85% chance that your headaches are gone. No more clusters, nil, nada, how wonderful! :-)

Or is it like Thomas said, this article does not apply to clusterheads? :-(

IMHO the term 'rebound' has only to do with analgesics, that interfere with the pain receptors, the transport of the pain signal or the processing of the pain signal in the brain. With these a withdrawal can cause rebounds.
But the triptans do not interfere directly with the sensing of pain, they reset the pain causing mechanism, the expanded blood vessels. I cannot see where here the rebounds should come from.
