doing out of your box? Bad Elaine! Seriously, my belief is that we can will our way in and out of anything. Unfortunately I believe you need tyo spend an entire lifetime devoted to to a type of practice that has total mind/body control as the objective. I can't do that. I gotta go to work, feed the dog, drive in Boston, etc.etc. Too many existential distractions to be successfull enough to fully control pain.
