then it's a pretty good chance that your headaches are a little different than clusters too. I've had migraines wake me up in the night, I've had the pain and pressure you talk about, and migraines DO hit monthly as you describe. But I don't have clusters. My husband does. He goes into cycle and stays in cycle for a few months at a time. He rarely goes even a day without pain when he's in cycle.
And marijuana DEFINITELY does not help his clusters. If anything, it would be a trigger for him.
I think you better keep researching into migraines, sinus, tension. All 3 are very painful and can be crippling for the sufferer.
Don't mean to criticize you at all, we just want to help you to rule out clusters. And I think you are pretty safe in doing that by your description of your pattern.
