Am I Mrs. Alzheimer or are people forgetting about rebounds?

Saw some stuff about rebounds, not just today, also at other times.

Basically I see cries like: "I use Imitrex but then I get rebounds within 2 hrs..."

I had the distinct impression I was not having rebounds.

I have never had Imitrex prescribed. There was a time I was non-medicated (or undermedicated), when I would get my attacks every other hour on the hour.

I was not using Imitrex, OR painkillers, OR opiates - just a smidgin of Verapamil (and for 9 months erroneously prescribed Tegretol) so how the heck COULD I have had rebounds?

I think I just had CLUSTERS, attacks that cluster together, every other hour. Not REBOUNDS.

The warning leaflets about using too much medication and getting rebounds, are very useful. They just don't apply to clusters. 's what I think at least.

Tell me I am wrong...
