thought I'd mention that .. o'k....I'm a sucker... but I started that SAM-e stuff last night. Was having such a bad day that a family member actually went out and forked out the cash for it ( it's exspensive).But I have a very supportive family. They just want me back to my "normal" self and bust this cycle.
Anyway, I'll keep y'all posted. I keep a diary anyway.
