I'm a Kaiser person and they don't cover oxygen. I pay 11.00 a tank refill, I rent the tank for 3.00 a month, and I bought an old regulater at a swap meet. I had the regulator checked out and fitted with new seals, total cost less then 20.00. It's different from what most people here use in that it is a demand regulator that only flows when you inhale on it, so it's pure o2. It's been a life saver for me, I pop two cafergots and suck on the 02 for about 10 minutes and the beast usually goes bye bye. Good luck I sincerely hope you find something that helps.
