If you really can't get oxygen, do what I have done when I ran out on a Saturday night. Sit in front of an A/C unit either in your house or car. At the very least a high/speed fan will work. Just because Imitrex didn't work for you once, it doesn't necessarily follow that you've become immune to it. Just don't panic.
