one cycle: it 'confused' my cyrcadian rhithms, and I got attacks at completely different hours.
It made me stupid, also (but may be a normal condition...)
As a summary, I can say it reduced for a 30% the number of my attacks, didn't reduced the pain level.
I won't try it again, because I spent three months waiting the attacks anytime. I prefer just a bit more attacks, but at the time I am used to expect them!
