4-6 tablets a day, dehydration, constitpation, damn stuff made me chronic and CH's were coming back like clockwork, what a waste. I can't even take codeine anymore in any form, my stomach just blows up with severe pains. If your CH's are coming back in a couple of hours after popping a pill, you may be experiencing rebound as well. Met a new neuro at the time, and he got me off of it quick, after about three weeks, my CH's disappeared for quite a while.
