Seriously, they teach us that statistics are undefinable. E.g. if you are in a room with 2 dozen people, is likely that you find another person born in the same day (I have read this, never happened to me...), despite the fact you have 1/365 possibility from statistics.
But, who knows, may be! Otherwise, if a guy is so stupid to say he has CH when not, the better punishment is to get it soon......
