on the package. imitrex and maxalt make your blood vessels constrict in order to lower blood flow to the cluster area (I think ). Therefore, if you use it too often it can be dangerous. Again, this is what i've been able to undertand from reading the pamphlet that comes with Imitrex. I am not an authority at all. just wanted to offer my 2 cents.
