Verapamil SR (240 mg AM and PM) works like a champ about every third year for me. When it doesn't, I get some help by adding lithium (900 mg AM and PM), and sansert if needed.
I don't get the bad side effects that some people do--
Point is, it won't work every cycle but if you are OK taking it, it's worth trying each time.
