this will abort attacks. Certainly not always, but if you can catch this thing before it's full-blown, and not let up until you're sure it's over, it may now and then help. I stress this isn't easy, or always successful. I do think that it's very reliable in shortening episodes.
It's hard work, has nothing to do with relaxation or anything ethereal, and is far from 100% successful. I do know that all you need is one success, and you always give it a try.
