i am on a 240 mg once a day extended release & it is working wonderfully for me.. but I do notice I am swelling pretty bad in the ankles...i also have an almost hive like rash that the pharmacist said may be a slight allergic reaction the the med... but I'll live with it as I am not ready to go off of it & face the beast again...best of luck to you..
