Hello! I have had this bout of clusters since Feb. I have tried multiple preventive medication with little success. Finally, I had to go to the ER Tuesday evening. I had heard that magnesium in an IV can help stop a cluster attack. The doctor tried it. It worked! I have not had a cluster since! Try it! It was a drip of magnesium with saline. Good luck!
