cafergot is ergotamine mixed with caffeine. Ergotamine is a tried and true CH abortive and many, if not most, clusterheads find that caffeine helps to ease the severity. Some have reported that caffeine doesn't help and others that it seems to exacerbate, but I don't recall anyone saying it's a trigger.
