The 2nd branch of trigeminal nerve irradiate all the tooth of one side. And CH strikes it.
The CH related pain in tooth is on all the tooth (also those WITHOUT nerve!). You can't touch all your tooth, neither with the tongue.
If I have to make a scale, after the CH eye pain, it is the 2nd big pain of CH, before the hair pain and the neck pain.
I think (my personal statistic..:-) ) that the tooth pain strikes more than 50% of CHers.
