will of course keep qnyone in better help but I have failed to see any direct link to preventing Cluster Headache. You haven't told us enough about what your husband does for treatment or what type of Doctor he sees to have any type of informed opinion. There are many effective cluster preventative and abortive medications available. It is my experiance, and that covers 26 years of CH that with out the proper medications you stand little chance of pain management.
