During my recently ended cluster I was told by my pharmacist that he could no longer get generic, Ercaf. He could get Cafergot pills or supositories. I didn't ask about sublingual, Ergostat. If you can't find any, the supositories are faster working than the pills.
BTW - using the Imitrex tip on the left reduces the chances of any cardiac problems. Most doctors will inject the first dose in the office so they can observe any side effects.
