Hi,
My father - who lives in Norway - suffers from Cluster headache. The medication with best effect so far has definitely been the Ergotamine injection, 0.5 ml. Unfortunately, this medicine is no longer avaliable. Do anyone out there know if that is the situation world wide, or, hopefully, where / how it is possible to get this medication
