can get my thoughts to travel in the right direction to get the blood flow redirected, have the arm hang, then think the blood too that point. All how I can explain it.
So, everytime, I fall down when I feel that a CH is coming along - like I'm going to have some or other fit - LOL, and let it hang, let it hang, let it hang....
