16 years, it's a blur now as to how many I had per day. It seems like it was usually 3, one at night and 2 during the day, but I'm just going to say 2 per day x 6 weeks, twice per year for 28 years.
Never diagnosed, never medicated. I gave up years earlier as nobody indicated that it was a known malady and I thought I was the only one. We tried Sansert once - for histamine headaches, but no luck.
I don't care to add it up. I don't want to know.
