I have been on 240 Verapamil daiily since 1996, every year it seemed to "lighten" and shorten my annual spring and fall cycles. Have been CH free this year except for a small bout in June/July and a few shadows in November. During this time I have had several surgeries and have been on a variety of pain killers including both Percocets and Vicodin, never had a CH pop out from taking those. Hope this helps, good luck.
