It was also at that degree of pain that I somehow found my way to the hospital (usually by my kind next door neighbor). I never once thought of ending my life, but then again, I wasn't chronic, so I cannot weigh the difference in tolerance. I knew that this pain would end soon and that I had a 6 month period of freedom.
