through the cellar wall, I knew that my going to the ER would be fruitless for several reasons: First, I don't drive.
Secondly, They've always ended within about 20-40 minutes (often sooner with the feedback).
Third, I knew it wouldn't kill me.
That said, I know there are people for whom this pain never fully seems to end. I cannot imagine this. Mine hurt like hell and were almost instantly at the top of the scale, but and I really didn't think there was much that could be done. No doubt others have some success and may be encouraged by supporters as well to seek help.
These people are not crybabies. Only clusterheads know the level of pain we are capable of enduring such pain without becoming homicidal.
