When I'm at the peak of the cycle, I battle all night with the headaches. They will often wake me
every twenty minutes to half hour, and I'm back to the Oxygen. Twice I've been to the ER, knowing what I had. Both times were around 5:00 AM when my last tank was empty. Once, a wonderful intern just let me bring a tank home with the promise I return it, and once they gave me an IV to knock me out, but their oxygen helped first. Seems like they get worse when you are worn down, and the more you get them, the more worn down you get.
