A very good, healthy, peacefull year to you all!
My wish: may 2002 be the year that the cause of CH will be discovered!

I'm still doing fine "on shrooms". I tapered off verapamil and managed to go 5 weeks between doses.

The 5th week was kind of nasty but taking some 'slurry' (wetted shroom powder) resolved it :)

I grow my own medication and the biggest advantage in it is that I can preserve it perfectly. Commercially bought shrooms are never completely dry nor sealed of from air. They become less potent over some time.
I once bought a bag with little insects in them.
Decided not to take them because I feared the trip it would produce ( if any ) *grin*

I have about 25 Doses of perfectly dry shroom powder, stored in little testtubes with CO2. Enough for at least a year :-)

My final recipe for consuming them:
- put some water with a few drops of lemon acid in a glass
- put the powder in the water, stirr and swallow.

*any* other method I tried produces a dark or even blue color of the shroompowder and water.

The blue pigment is what's left of the psilocine after it degraded. The above method keeps the color light and no blueing occurs. Dissolving the stuff is no problem, it's grinded to dust.

If anybody has questions concerning growing shrooms: feel free to mail me, they seem to like how I'm treating them. Produced my own spores and saw the first pinheads today, 20 days after inoculation.
My first set of trays (cakes) have just been disposed of, after producing 1.4 Kilograms of wet shrooms :-)

This new hobby went so well that I'm never going to consume it! But hey, it's fun to do.
And don't worry: I went 5 weeks between the last 2 trips, still tend to take less and not more! :-)

The best to all of you,
may the world be a better place in 2002.....

Henk.
